My name is Ren and I am proof that it is never too late to discover a new passion. Though I didn’t start using acrylics until later in life, my love for painting was evident since I was 15 years old, and I continuously sought ways to improve my skills and draw inspiration from the greats. When COVID-19 hit, it could have been easy to let the stress and uncertainty get the best of me, but instead, I found a much-needed escape in acrylic pouring. This art technique has given me a renewed sense of purpose and excitement, and I am grateful for it every single day. If you are feeling lost or uncertain, know that it is okay to try something new and see where it takes you. Who knows, you might just discover a new passion that brings you joy and fulfillment beyond measure.
